Now that I'm in my 30s, I realize that I can't just take care of my skin like I used to!!
So after trying a few different things, I've now settled on a routine that's as simple as possible.
In the morning, after washing my face, I use toner and finish with moisturizing.
In the past, I used to apply multiple products to take care of whitening, wrinkles, and elasticity, but I think that actually made my skin more tired.
I pay a little more attention to cleansing in the evening. Even on days when I don't wear makeup, I always apply sunscreen, so I always double-cleanse, even if it's just light.
After washing your face, wipe off the toner with a cotton pad or gently press it in with your hands, depending on your skin condition.
On days when I'm not feeling well, I try to only use products that are calming and not be overly greedy.
There's nothing fancy about home care; all I do is use a sheet mask once or twice a week.
Instead, on days when I pack, I try to go to bed as early as possible.
I'm just now realizing that skin ultimately recovers at night.
These days, I've realized that skin care is more about consistency than diligence. Rather than focusing on elaborate treatments, I think the best home care routine is one that sticks with your skin for a long time.
