I have a question about the frequency of using mask packs to restore skin condition.

I looked in the mirror early this morning and was shocked by how rough my skin looked under the light. Could it be the recent essence change or simply lack of sleep? My makeup looked dull and dull. So, I'm trying to start an intensive skincare routine at home, but figuring out the right frequency for sheet masks is tricky. I used to think daily was always a good idea, but my skin seems to get red and irritated more quickly. I'm really curious to know what your regular sheet mask routine is. I'm worried that too much could damage my skin barrier, so I'm trying to find the right frequency and stick to it. Is there a recommended frequency for different skin types? Could you share some tips on how many times a week other people typically use sheet masks?
