Will the 2-liter water challenge change my skin?

When it comes to "lifestyle habits that nourish your skin," drinking water is a must. Drinking plain water isn't as easy as you might think, and I've always failed at it. But this time, I bought a large tumbler and decided to give it a try.

I've been consciously drinking two liters of water for about a week, and I've definitely noticed less tightness on my skin in the afternoons. My complexion also seems a bit brighter. I'm trying to drink warm tea or lemon water instead of coffee. Frequent bathroom trips are a bit of a hassle, but I'm holding back for the sake of my skin.

Here's a tip: if you drink when you're thirsty, it's already too late. Drinking small amounts frequently at set times increases absorption and reduces the number of bathroom trips you have. It might be difficult at first, but once you get used to it, your body will crave water first. Let's all become friends with our tumblers for dewy skin!
