Lifestyle Habits That Affect Your Skin - Coffee and Water Balance
In the past, I didn't really think much about starting and ending my day with coffee. I'd have a cup when I was tired, another when I was stressed. Then, suddenly, my skin started to feel dull and wrinkled for no reason. Changing my cosmetics didn't make much difference, so I looked back and realized the problem was my lifestyle.
These days, I always try to drink a glass of water with every cup of coffee. It was a hassle at first, but this habit alone has definitely reduced my skin's tightness. In particular, my face feels much less dry in the afternoon. Rather than completely cutting out caffeine, I'd rather drink a glass of water. Balancing things This one suits my skin better.
Skin seems to respond more honestly to these small changes in habits than to expensive treatments. I think I'm starting to understand that the amount of coffee I drink today can determine my skin's condition tomorrow.
