Lately, as I've been reflecting on my skin, I've realized that lifestyle habits have a bigger impact on my skin than cosmetics. Are there people who find that small changes, like sleep time or water intake, have a direct impact on their skin? For me, I've noticed that staying up late has definitely had a negative impact on my skin.
