As I've been researching why my skin has become so sensitive lately, I've come to believe that lifestyle habits, rather than cosmetics, may be a bigger factor. Could things like drinking very little water all day or going straight to bed after showering also be contributing to skin problems? The busier I get, the more my basic routines fall apart, and whenever that happens, I feel like my skin-damaging lifestyle habits are immediately apparent. Conversely, I'm curious to know if changing even one small habit can positively impact your skin.
