A married man in his late 30s' super-simple "survival" home care routine, surviving on just one pack.

Hello. Coming home from work, between caring for the kids and doing housework, the reality is that I rarely have time to take care of my skin. So, I'm a person who prioritizes efficiency. The key to my routine is the three minutes right after showering. I keep a moisturizing mist in the bathroom and spray it on as soon as I get out. Then, about twice a week, I secretly borrow my wife's sheet mask. Applying the mask and then spending 15 minutes doing housework or getting ready for work saves time and significantly improves my skin condition. Finally, I apply a generous layer of a low-oil moisturizing cream, and when I wash my face the next morning, my skin feels noticeably smoother.
