Skin care habits that matter

I feel this way every time I look in the mirror these days. In my 20s, I could just get up after a quick nap and recover quickly, but now that I'm in my 30s, it feels like the snack I ate last night or the lack of sleep is being imprinted on my skin.

Ultimately, I think my skin is a mirror that honestly reflects my daily life. More important than applying an expensive bottle of essence are the small routines, like drinking two liters of water a day and always wearing sunscreen, no matter how inconvenient. I've realized that my habit of absentmindedly touching my face or resting my chin on my hand when I'm stressed is a major cause of breakouts, so I've been consciously taking care of it these days.

I must never forget that glowing skin isn't created by cosmetics, but by the time I spent yesterday. Tonight, I'm going to go to bed early and give my skin a rest.
