Lately, as I've been experiencing recurring skin problems, it's occurred to me that my daily habits could be the cause. Resting my chin on my hand or frequently touching my face—could these small habits also affect my skin? I've been consciously trying to avoid touching my face lately, but I still occasionally do it out of habit. I've also heard that everyday objects like smartphones, masks, and pillowcases can also affect our skin. Has anyone actually tried to manage these areas? Could you share any habits you've unconsciously engaged in that you've noticed are affecting your skin, or any experiences you've had with improving them?
