Lifestyle habits that affect your skin, looking back on your skin condition

Hello! Lately, my skin has been looking increasingly rough and dull, which has led me to take a closer look at my daily routine. I initially thought it was simply due to aging, but it turns out that each and every small lifestyle habit has contributed to my current skin condition. I believe the biggest culprit has been my failure to manage even the most basic habits, like not drinking enough water or going to bed late.

 

While receiving regular professional care at Maypure, I developed a desire to maximize the benefits. So, these days, I'm carefully assessing the lifestyle habits that are affecting my skin and making changes little by little. I'm working to establish lifestyle habits that positively impact my skin, such as frequently changing my pillowcase and diligently applying sunscreen when going out.
