I'd like to share some small but effective skincare tips I consistently follow. Expensive cosmetics are great, but ultimately, basic habits are the most important!
The most time-consuming part is washing your face. First, wash your hands thoroughly, then lather up a rich lather and gently rub it into your skin, avoiding direct contact with your hands. And never dry your face with a towel! Instead, I just gently pat my face to absorb the moisture, or use a disposable sponge to gently remove excess water. This alone has significantly reduced my breakouts.
Rather than applying a thick cream at once, apply a thin toner 2-3 times. I prefer layering. It feels like it's hydrating my skin. And no matter how much it bothers me, I always wear sunscreen, indoors or outdoors. It's the number one anti-aging agent!
It's nothing fancy, but just following these basics will really improve your skin condition. If you have any tips of your own, please share them in the comments! :)
