Hello! I was stressed out because of my skin and tried many different things, but I finally found the most effective solution. A solid settling routine I've summarized and shared it here. I've written it in detail, so if you're having trouble, be sure to read it!
1. Cosmetic diet
When your skin is not in good condition, applying various products can actually be toxic. Toner-Ampoule-Cream Just do three steps. Instead, focus on applying just one ingredient that suits your skin type (such as cica/panthenol for soothing, or hyaluronic acid for moisture). This will help with absorption and improve skin texture.
2. The power of 'mildly acidic' cleansing
I used alkaline cleansers for a long time because I liked the feeling of a clean, squeaky-cleansing cleanser, but it was destroying my skin barrier. After switching to a mildly acidic foam cleanser, my dryness and redness really improved. The key is to wash your face for no more than a minute!
3. Temperature control is key
As your skin temperature rises, pores become larger and elasticity decreases. When you wake up in the morning, wash your face with lukewarm water, then finish with slightly cool water to cool down. If your face feels flushed after going outside, try using a sheet mask or aloe gel stored in the refrigerator.
I did this and my skin got a lot better.
