New Year's Eve Project! I'm seeing the changes in my skin with my own eyes.

I set a goal for myself this year to "love myself more," and as part of that, I'm setting aside five minutes every night before bed to practice self-love. My skin care routine these days I'm keeping a notebook. At first, I just wanted to write down the cosmetics I used that day or the reviews of the treatments I received. But as I kept writing, I could see at a glance what foods triggered my breakouts and how my complexion changed when I didn't get enough sleep.

Since I started keeping a journal, I feel like I've gained the strength to proactively address my skin's problems before they worsen. For example, if my journal indicates a "sensitive skin barrier," I avoid harsh cleansers the next day and focus solely on moisturizing. Thanks to this dedication, my skin texture has become much smoother than before, and more importantly, I can objectively assess my skin's condition, giving me confidence in my skincare routine. Even if you don't have a fancy diary, try using your phone's memo function to start keeping a journal. Compare your entries to previous entries in a month and you'll be delighted to discover a noticeably healthier complexion!
