Hello, I suffered a lot from acne last year, from May to September. Even people at work were asking me what was wrong with my skin. Now, while it's not completely cured, it's improved significantly, and I've heard that my skin looks great again. I'd like to share some of the skincare methods I used back then.
- Isotretinoin medication prescription: The first step is taking a sebum-regulating medication. I took one pill a day for five months, and I'm still taking one pill every other day for maintenance. I'm weaning myself off gradually, as abrupt discontinuation can lead to acne.
- Sebum Control Laser: I received sebum control laser treatments such as Accutoning, Capri, and Neobeam about 12 times at one-week intervals.
- Extrusion, scaling: The above two are measures to prevent further breakouts, and the acne that already existed was managed with extrusion and scaling when receiving laser treatment.
I think using these three things together is the most effective way to treat acne, so I'm sharing my experience!
