Revealing the lifestyle habits that improved my skin! After quitting coffee, my skin tone cleared and my puffiness went down.

I used to be addicted to coffee, drinking more than three cups a day, but for health reasons, I recently tried quitting caffeine.

 

At first, I had a hard time because of the withdrawal symptoms, but as time passed, the swelling in my body went down and my dull skin started to disappear.

 

As my sleep quality improves, my skin regeneration becomes more active, and people around me often tell me that my skin has improved. After quitting caffeine, I also experienced the miraculous disappearance of my heart palpitations and the subside of chronic redness on my skin.

 

My skin used to be so dry and flaky that no matter how much water I drank, it didn't seem to help. But then I realized I was losing more water than I was drinking. I'm also having the strange experience of not drinking coffee and feeling less tired in the afternoon.

 

Now, I'm taking care of my body by choosing vitamin-rich fresh fruit juices and herbal teas instead of coffee. If your skin isn't recovering, why not check your regular beverages? It might be difficult at first, but if you stick with it for just a week, you'll see the difference in your body and skin. I'd also love to hear from others who have successfully cut down on caffeine.
