In the past, when I was tired, I would just wash up and go to bed, but I noticed that my skin texture changed just by properly cleansing. I started following along after watching it on YouTube. 60-second face washing method I really recommend it.
After lathering up the product, don't rinse it off immediately. Instead, use your fingertips to thoroughly roll it over every nook and cranny of your face for 60 seconds. I especially paid attention to the sides of my nose, under my chin, and along my hairline, which helped remove a lot of the whiteheads I'd previously noticed. Counting to one minute while washing your face can seem like a lot longer than you think, but your skin will feel incredibly soft afterwards. Try it this evening!
