What do you all take care of for your 'inner beauty', which is just as important as what you put on?

Maybe it's because the weather is cold, but no matter how good the cream I apply, sometimes my skin feels dry inside. I've been thinking that applying it externally isn't enough, so I've been paying more attention to what I eat these days.
I'm basically Vitamin C with collagen I'm trying to make sure to eat it. I definitely feel like my complexion is different on days when I take vitamin C and on days when I don't. (It could just be my imagination, though, haha.)
