I have oily skin that lacks moisture. Please recommend a cream that controls oiliness and provides moisture.

It is a type of skin that is so oily that it disguises itself as gloss, but inside it is so tight that it feels like it is going to tear.

When I apply moisturizing cream, my skin dries out quickly, and when I apply nourishing cream, I get breakouts, so I don't know which one to use.
