I just had brunch with a friend. Has anyone tried the Cutslin Anti-Spike?

Yesterday, I met up with some old high school friends for the first time in ages and had a great time. We ate delicious pasta and even devoured a sweet soufflé pancake for dessert. While I was happy while eating, after I finished, I suddenly felt heavy. Maybe it's because I've been neglecting my diet lately, but I'm worried because I can feel my blood sugar fluctuating. So, I saw a recommendation on the community for Cutslin Anti-Spike, and I'm seriously considering it. I've been feeling a lot drowsy after meals lately, so I'm thinking about trying a supplement like this. Cutslin Anti-Spike! I heard it's especially good for people who enjoy bread or noodles. For those of you who, like me, eat a high-carb diet, I'd love to hear your thoughts on Cutslin Anti-Spike. Does it definitely add energy to your daily routine if you take it consistently? I'd really appreciate it if you could share your experiences!
