The aesthetics of 'emptying', the most important part of my skin care routine

Believing that skincare is as much about emptying as it is about filling, I've revamped my skincare routine to a minimalist one. Instead of applying too many products, I finish with just the essential toner and cream, giving my skin room to breathe. This home care method has actually had positive results, reducing skin sensitivity and boosting its natural regenerative power. The microfiber washcloth I use for washing my face is one of my personal skincare essentials. It's an excellent item that gently removes impurities around the nose and under the chin, areas that can easily be missed when washing with just hands. It's such a crucial part of my skincare routine that I often highlight the difference in skin texture with and without this washcloth in my cosmetic reviews. These days, when I check my skin condition, I realize the saying, "too much is as bad as too little," applies to my skin. I've abandoned my heavy makeup habits, which were once a major factor in my skincare routine, and now stick to a light base makeup routine. My skin looks much more relaxed. Seeing the traces of past breakouts on my skincare logs have almost completely disappeared reminds me of the value of emptiness.
