My own home care method related to my lifestyle^^

There are many home care methods, but this is the method I settled on after trying and thinking about many different ones.

I always buy pillowcases that are clean and packaged. The one I bought at Daiso last minute was unpackaged, so I dried it in the sun to make sure it was as clean as possible. I also change the pillowcase every two to three days. I hand-wash it. The pillowcase is thin, so it's easy to hand-wash. I don't mix it with other laundry.

And my morning routine basically consists of washing my face with water and lightly applying toner. Of course, I adjust this depending on my skin condition. I think the basic rule is to be clean, but not too irritating. Home care is something I always have to pay attention to.
