There was a time when I only looked for cosmetics as the reason for my skin not getting better. However, as I started keeping records of my skin care, I realized that the real problem was Lifestyle habits I realized it was there. On days when I didn't get enough sleep, my skin inevitably became dull, and on days when I didn't drink enough water, my skin felt tighter. So these days, I try to go to bed before midnight and consciously increase my daily water intake. Also, on days when I'm stressed, it shows on my face, so I try to take short walks or spend time alone. Since my skin is a direct indicator of how I spend my day, I now consider my lifestyle itself a part of my daily management.
