I drink tea instead of coffee for my skin!

Did you know that caffeine is bad for your skin? Caffeine has a stimulating effect, which causes the release of cortisol, a stress hormone. The problem is that this hormone stimulates sebum production.

They say it can increase sebum secretion. So, with acne-prone skin, I avoid coffee unless absolutely necessary. At first, it was difficult to break my daily coffee habit, but I successfully quit coffee after starting to drink tea instead!

Among teas, I especially drink peppermint tea often.

Peppermint contains menthol, which helps reduce fever and inflammation. If you have acne-prone skin, try quitting coffee and drinking tea instead!

    커피끊기가 너무 어려운데요. 가끔 차마시기는 하지만요. 피부나 건강생각하면 차를 마셔야 하는데 아무거나 마시는데요.
