저도 이것저것 해봤는데 결국 매일 기본 보습 + 과하지 않은 관리가 제일 효과 있더라구요ㅎㅎ 팩이나 기기는 가끔 보조로 쓰는 정도만해도 충분히 도움 됐어요~
I read an article that said the first thing to change when your skin barrier is broken is your cleanser, and I really sympathized with it. My Skin Care Routine After keeping a record, I was able to confirm that my skin became much more comfortable after switching to a mildly acidic cleanser.
Especially in the morning, I developed the habit of washing my face with water or using a very small amount of weakly acidic cleanser, and I practiced this consistently for about two weeks. My Skin Care Routine Looking back, I could definitely feel that my skin texture had become smoother and irritation had decreased.
I want to continue to build these small habits to maintain healthy skin.
