My own skin care routine

Yesterday, I went to the department store to look for clothes to freshen up. But when I saw myself in the bright, stark lighting of the changing room, I was truly shocked. Unlike how I looked at home, my skin texture and fine wrinkles were noticeably more pronounced. I realized I desperately needed a systematic skin care routine. I'm starting to realize, day by day, that my skin isn't as elastic as it used to be.

People around me advise me to stick to a consistent skincare routine, saying that even just this one thing can make a huge difference.
