The 'golden temperature' that changes your skin's fate

The fact that turning down the thermostat a little bit is far more beneficial for your skin than expensive anti-aging creams.
Many people think that only humidity is important, but in fact, temperature and humidity are like a needle and thread in a relationship.

Prevents moisture loss: As indoor temperatures rise, moisture in the air dries out quickly.
20~22°C is the optimal temperature range where moisture in the air and skin moisture are most stably balanced.

Prevents heat aging: When skin temperature rises due to excessive heating, collagen-decomposing enzymes are activated, accelerating 'heat aging', which causes loss of elasticity and darkening of freckles.

Provides optimal relaxation: Slightly cool temperatures constrict irritated skin blood vessels and calm inflammatory responses, creating the most comfortable environment for the skin to regenerate itself.

Ultimately, the key to healthy skin lies in a ‘cool and comfortable environment.’
Starting today, try lowering the indoor temperature a little.
The quality of rest your skin feels will change. 22°C

거기에 첨가하여 세안 온도가 정말 중요해요. 미온수로 자극 없이 씻는 게 기본이죠
그리고 가습기 하나 두는 게 미스트 열 번 뿌리는 것보다 보습에 좋더군요.
