비싸지않은 제품이지만 효과있는 화장품으로 자주 발라서 관리해줘야겠어요~^^ 겨울이라 피부관리 더 신경쓰게 되네요^^
The reason why I realized that my skin recovers through sleep is because my face immediately shows when I sleep less.
Lately, I've often felt like my skin condition isn't what it used to be. Changing my cosmetics didn't make much of a difference, so I thought long and hard about the cause, and it turns out my sleep patterns were the real problem. I've always heard that skin regenerates overnight, but when I don't get enough sleep, it shows on my face the next day. Elasticity decreases, and my complexion becomes dull easily.
So these days, unless something special comes up, I make a conscious effort to go to bed before 11 p.m. It wasn't easy at first, but after just a few days, I noticed a difference in the condition of my face when I woke up. Before bed, I simply apply a gentle regenerating ampoule or moisturizing product, and I try to minimize my hands as much as possible to give my skin time to rest. The next day, when I look in the mirror, my skin looks noticeably more refined.
Now that my sleep schedule is consistent, my dark circles have faded, and my skin texture has become more stable. I've noticed my makeup looks less flaky, and my skin maintains its natural condition without having to layer on multiple products. Ultimately, I realized that skin is part of the body, and giving it time to recover is paramount.
Expensive cosmetics and treatments can certainly help, but if basic lifestyle habits are disrupted, it's difficult to maintain long-term results. I've only recently realized that, rather than special treatments, the simple habit of going to bed and waking up at similar times every day is the starting point for skin care. Going to bed a little earlier today might not be a bad idea.
