Checking my skin condition these days - dry, flaky

When I check my skin condition these days, I can clearly feel that it is dry and flaky.

It's so cold that I keep the heater on high...ㅠㅠ

They say that dry skin ages you, so these days I'm thinking that I need to drink as much water as possible...ㅜㅜ
