Health functional food ch ch

My friends already tell me they always take several types of health functional foods. Lately, my skin has become more dull, and I've noticed the bags under my eyes on my way home from work, so I'm thinking about starting to take health functional foods properly. While cosmetics are important, I've learned firsthand that it's crucial to focus on nourishing your skin from the inside out. When I searched online, I found so many different brands and ingredients that I'm not sure which health functional foods would be the best fit for my needs. Have any of you tried anything that really helped improve your complexion or relieve fatigue? I'd appreciate any valuable feedback or recommendations.
