    좋은 내용이네요. 자주 꺼내볼 필요가 있는것 같아요. 한번에 물 많이 마시는 편인데 자주 조금씩 마셔봐야겠어요. 번들거림이 물과 관련있는거였네요.
    냉장고 찬물포기하기가 어렵지만 돈드는것도 아닌데 습관좀 들여야겠어요
