Every time I looked in the mirror, I was worried about my skin condition, which was not what it used to be. But after thinking about it carefully, I realized that it was more important to change small daily habits than to buy expensive cosmetics. So Recent changes to my skin care habits I've been consistently following a few things. The first thing I've done is consciously drink two liters of water a day. At first, it was a hassle to have to go to the bathroom so often, but after about a week, I've noticed a noticeable improvement in my complexion, which is very satisfying. I've also made it a point to change my pillowcase every other day, which touches my skin directly, and to only touch my face after washing my hands thoroughly after going out. I believe these small efforts will add up to a strong skin barrier, and I'm continuing to practice them every day.
