I think lack of sleep has a big effect on my skin.

I haven't been able to sleep well these past few days because I've been binge-watching dramas until dawn, and I feel like my skin has lost a lot of elasticity. The area under my cheekbones looks more sunken, and my cheeks feel saggy... It's not just a feeling; I can see it sagging with my naked eye! In the past, when I got a good night's sleep, my skin would return to normal, but maybe because I'm a year older, my skin hasn't recovered as easily this year. If I keep lacking sleep like this every day, the loss of elasticity will accumulate, leading to accelerated aging. ㅠㅠ I think I need to develop healthy lifestyle habits to age gracefully and slowly. But since my main joy in life is watching dramas or movies and eating delicious food after work, it's not easy to break away from late-night snacks and lack of sleep. ㅠ
