Lifestyle habits that affect your skin

When I think back to a time when my skin was not in good condition,

'Annoyance' always came first.

Wash roughly, apply roughly, and lie down right away.

It's not perfect these days, but

I'm conscious of not doing it 'roughly'.

The difference is surprisingly big.
