Habits that affect my skin!

I am a person who has been stressed out about my skin and has been spending money on expensive laser treatments and creams.

Let's change our lifestyle habits for just one month. I put it into practice with that in mind, and my skin condition improved beyond my expectations, so I wanted to share it with you.

There are three habits that I have found most effective:

The first is ‘change the pillow cover once every two days.’ I realized there were more bacteria on the pillow that touched my face than I thought. My habit of sleeping on my side led to frequent breakouts on my cheeks, but since I started changing my covers more frequently, I've seen a noticeable decrease in inflammatory breakouts. The second is to ‘cut out high fructose corn syrup and wheat flour.’ It was really hard, but after I stopped drinking sugary drinks, I noticed my skin complexion clearing up. It really was true that high blood sugar levels trigger inflammation. My skin also feels much less dry than before. The third is ‘washing hands before washing your face’ and ‘controlling water temperature.’ I unconsciously washed my hands roughly and immediately applied facial cleanser, but just by washing my hands thoroughly with soap and then washing my face with lukewarm water, I feel like my skin barrier has become much stronger.

Ultimately, it seems that the key to skin health isn't what you put on it, but rather the environment you create. For those of you currently concerned about your skin, instead of immediately switching cosmetics, why not try examining these small habits first? I hope you all achieve flawless skin!
