The most basic lifestyle habit that affects your skin is drinking water. ^^
I went to a dermatologist and they said drinking plenty of water is essential. And honestly, even if it's not just skin health, the start of good health is a glass of water after waking up.
So, I've set a goal of drinking 1-2 liters of water a day, and I've been drinking it regularly. At first, I was only concerned with cosmetics, but now that I'm hydrating from within, my skin definitely feels less flaky.
I'm trying to drink water or tea instead of coffee. As I've been practicing this consistently, I've noticed my complexion gradually brightening, so I plan to maintain this habit.
You guys should drink a lot of water too^^ I don't like cold water in the morning!
