Losing my lip balm and realizing the practical benefits of managing dry skin

I can't even count how many times I flipped my bag over as soon as I got to work. The lip balm I'd packed that morning had vanished, but the office heater kept blowing harder and harder, and my lips were so dry they were almost stinging. I touched my lips, and while I'd previously noticed white, flaky skin and cracked corners, I was surprised to find they weren't as bad as I'd expected. I think it's probably thanks to the health supplements I've been taking since last month, which I've been diligently analyzing. Honestly, I don't usually believe exaggerated reviews that claim your skin glows immediately after taking them. It's not easy for such miracles to happen at our age. However, after consistently taking a combination of supplements focused on hyaluronic acid and antioxidants, I've definitely noticed a noticeable reduction in that characteristic dryness from within. Losing my lip balm has made me realize that no matter how expensive the cream or lip balm is, it's useless if it's empty inside. Instead of going for the expensive stuff, I think the key to inner beauty is to consistently consume what's right for your body. I've come to the conclusion that spending money not only on cosmetics but also filling your skin from the inside out is ultimately what's most rewarding. I'll give up on looking for lip balm and just go to the nearest convenience store. I hope everyone takes care of their skin from the inside out in this dry weather, not just on the outside.
