I'm going to tell you a story about going to yoga and bowing to the person next to me (ft. Hongdangmu Rescue Operation)

You guys, I just went to my first yoga class and made one of the most humiliating memes of all time. You know the downward dog pose? I was doing that and my feet slipped off the mat and I ended up bowing down to the person next to me. The teacher was so shocked that she came running over, and my face was like a burning sweet potato with embarrassment and heat. I was so embarrassed that I ran home in a panic, but when I looked in the mirror, I was embarrassed because my face hadn't cooled down at all. I had a cooling cica pack stocked up for situations like this, and my favorite thing, Home care items I took it out. I used a modeling pack that I kept in the fridge to cool my face down, and since it was right after I worked out, my skin absorbed it like crazy. My skin tone definitely felt much clearer than usual after I sweated a lot and applied it. If it weren't for that ridiculous incident at the yoga studio earlier, this would have been a perfect day. Still, looking at myself in the mirror while calmly applying it at home calms my mind a bit. I think working out hard outside and meticulously applying it at home is the best secret to maintaining skin condition! My body feels heavy and embarrassing today, but my skin feels like a newborn baby, so I feel great. If you, like me, get into the habit of applying it as soon as you get home, even if it's a hassle!
