It's true that now that I'm in my 30s, my skin recovery speed isn't what it used to be.
Yesterday, I went for a nice run with my friends for the first time in a while, and this morning, my complexion is truly a sight to behold. It's so dull, it's almost like a slate-colored complexion. In my 20s, I could pull all-nighters and apply makeup flawlessly, but now, my skin goes on strike after just one day of overdoing it. It's so dry and flaky that the area around my mouth is cracking. I've been hurriedly grabbing sheet masks from the fridge and chugging down nearly two liters of water, but nothing seems to be working. It seems the best anti-aging secret in your 30s isn't expensive aesthetic treatments, but quitting alcohol and going to bed early. Does anyone have their own "rapid recovery" routine for the day after a night of drinking or when they're at their worst? I really want to avoid looking like this!
