The story of how I almost fainted after looking in the restaurant mirror on a blind date.
Last Saturday, I had a pretty important blind date, so I diligently put on foundation and makeup from the morning. It was fine at first, but when I went to the bathroom in the middle of the meal and looked in the mirror, my makeup was all caked on around my nose and mouth, and it was a total mess. Maybe it was because the restaurant was so brightly lit, but even my blemishes and unevenness, which I usually don't see, were standing out so much... As soon as I got home, I felt so guilty that I washed my face three times. I wondered if I should've been more thorough with my basic skincare routine. I guess makeup really depends on a good base. Does anyone have any secret tips for makeup that stays on smoothly and doesn't flake on an important day? I don't want to fail next time ㅠㅠ
