What's scarier than the temptation of dieting is my face in the mirror.

Just got off work and walked into my apartment, and the smell of crispy chicken wafted in from somewhere... It was truly torture. After eating nothing but salad and chicken breast for over a week, my sense of smell had practically reached the level of a detection dog. I almost opened the delivery app, but I finally managed to pull myself together and went to shower. But when I looked in the mirror afterward, I saw something even more serious than the chicken. I'd lost some weight, but why did my face look so hollow and sagging? I felt like my face would collapse if I kept going, so I've been taking daily photos of my skin since last week to document my changes. It's sad that now that I'm in my mid-30s, my skin is sagging faster than I'm losing weight. I used to be able to skip meals for a few days without any problems, but these days, it shows right away. So, for the past few weeks, I've been lavishing a ton of firming products on my skin. I used to hate sticky skin and find it annoying, but every time I look in the mirror, I'm shocked. I've been layering thick serums and creams, making sure they absorb into my skin. I've been focusing on this and keeping a skin diary, and I feel relieved because my cheeks feel firmer than before. It's hard to resist late-night snacking, and managing it is a bit of a hassle, but I don't want to regret it later, so I'm trying hard. Are there any of you who, like me, are concerned about sagging skin while dieting? I'm curious about how you all overcome this hurdle with your routine.

    이 말 너무 현실이라 웃프네요… 관리해야 할 이유가 확실해졌어요.
