Am I the only one who feels a pang of relief when they see the dry weather advisory? Lifestyle Change Project

I was really surprised when I opened my eyes this morning and felt the corners of my mouth were so dry.

When I heard on the news that a drought advisory had been issued, my heart sank and I thought, 'Oh, here we go again.'

People with thin and sensitive skin like me feel like their faces are going to tear at this time of year.

It's so painful and red that I'm scared to look in the mirror. I'm so nervous all day, wondering if I'm the only one who acts this way.

I'm worried that if I suddenly apply a lot of highly nutritious products, my skin might not be able to handle it and it might turn over.

So, for now, rather than focusing on grand management, I'm trying to start by taking care of small daily habits.

It's basic to apply moisturizer right after washing your face before it dries, and I try to keep a cup of lukewarm water next to me and drink it, even though I don't usually drink it.

Even though I turn on the humidifier and hang up a wet towel before going to bed, I still feel tight in the morning and it's frustrating. seasonal skin It's really scary because it feels like it'll disappear in an instant if you let your guard down for even a moment.

Am I being overly sensitive? If you have any tips for daily moisturizing that even a timid person like me can try with confidence, please let me know. Seeing my face turn pale makes me want to cry right now.
