Am I the only one who is so sensitive and picky about even looking at the ingredients list?
Do you all relate to that absurd sense of urgency when your battery is down to 1%? My phone screen is about to shut off at any moment, and my fingers are shaking like crazy. I'm curious to see if anyone else is using the full ingredient analysis method I posted last time to check their skin for any changes, so I'm asking a quick question. I'm a very timid and anxious person, so I carefully check the ingredients and concentrations on the back of my cosmetics every night to keep track of my skin's condition, fearing that one wrong ingredient could ruin my day. Today, I compared the level of redness I experienced with serums containing 5% or more niacinamide to last week's data. My data clearly shows a pattern of a slight decrease in moisture retention in certain areas when using high concentrations. Everyone else says it's working well, so I'm a little worried and intimidated by why I'm reacting so differently. Still, I can't stop, afraid that if I don't keep track of these detailed observations, I might end up with a bigger problem later. How do you determine your skin type and track your compatibility with ingredients? Oh, my phone's about to die, so please understand if I can't check your reply right away. I'm so nervous that I might seem rude, just asking a question and then disappearing. As soon as I plug in my charger, I'll come running and read all your precious comments!
