잠이보약이다 라는 말이 있듯이. 잠을 잘 자야 피부도 건강해지는것같아요. 감사합니다
Get a Good Night's Sleep - Lifestyle Habits That Affect Your Skin
Deep sleep plays a far more important role in skin care than you might think. While you sleep, your skin repairs the damage and irritation it received during the day, and cell regeneration and collagen synthesis take place actively. Specifically, growth hormone secretion increases during deep sleep, strengthening the skin barrier and accelerating the recovery from breakouts. Conversely, sleep deprivation or repeated shallow sleep can lead to dull skin tone, fine wrinkles, and loss of elasticity. Experiences such as worsening dark circles under the eyes and makeup sticking poorly are often linked to poor sleep quality.
Experiencing these changes firsthand led me to create my own routine for a good night's sleep. First, I try to maintain a consistent bedtime and limit my smartphone use an hour before bed. Instead, I dim the lights and relax with stretching and gentle breathing. Before bed, I take time to reflect on the day with a warm, caffeine-free tea, and for my skin, I use a simple skincare routine focused on hydration and soothing. My bedroom is kept dark and quiet, and my pajamas and bedding are made of the most comfortable materials possible. As these small habits have accumulated, I've noticed an increase in the number of days I sleep deeply, and my skin condition has noticeably improved.
