First of all, drink water often!
I used to hardly drink water, but after I started consciously drinking a little bit more, I felt like my skin was less flaky.
These days, there are many water bottles with marked water levels, and there are also apps that remind you to drink water at set intervals, which is helpful.
Especially in dry seasons like these, I think drinking more water definitely helps.
Second, don't touch your face with your hands!
I had a habit of unconsciously touching my chin and cheeks, but when I reduced that, the number of times I had acne definitely decreased.
It seems important to get into the habit of changing your pillowcase frequently, and it's also good to periodically run your pillow through a styler to disinfect it!
Since I thought of it today, I guess I should give it a try on Styler haha
