My skin care routine these days

If I organize my own skin care routine, morning and evening are definitely different~

 

In the morning, after washing your face and applying a light toner and moisturizer, sunscreen is absolutely essential!!!!

 

In the evening, after cleansing, I moisturize thoroughly with two or three types of ampoules and cream.

I use a sheet mask and soak my feet 2-3 times a week to relieve fatigue.

It's a bit of a hassle, but it's so cold these days that soaking your feet is heavenly lol

 

I'm trying my best to avoid eating late-night snacks before going to bed!

I'm trying to avoid flour-based foods in particular because they are said to be bad for the skin.

 

I feel proud because I keep up this routine consistently and my skin feels more stable and it's easier to manage my condition.
