There is something I am good at maintaining: regular living habits.
Among lifestyle habits, getting a good night's sleep is especially important. For the health of my skin, I try to go to bed before 11 p.m. I definitely notice that when I wake up after a good night's sleep, my skin isn't as dull and my makeup goes on more smoothly.
