When I get tired of eating nuts, I eat different flavors of barf.
I'm trying to keep my skin moisturized from the inside out by drinking water frequently during the day.
In the evening, avoid oily foods and eat mainly vegetables and protein.
Doing it this way reduces the enjoyment of eating and sometimes makes me a little depressedㅠ
I'm back with more energy now that I've lost weight and my skin is looking better~
