The price of waiting for an hour at a famous restaurant is more expensive than you might think (based on skin structure).
On a cold day like today, we've all had the experience of shivering outside for an hour just to get into a good restaurant, right? I went to a famous restaurant I'd been pining for, but after waiting in line for over an hour, my legs ached and my body felt like it was freezing. Finally, after downing a bowl of warm food, I finally came to my senses. But the moment I glanced in the restaurant mirror after eating, I quietly analyzed my skin. The sub-zero wind had lowered my skin's temperature to a crawl, and now the hot air from the indoor heater had hit me directly, causing the moisture in my stratum corneum to rapidly evaporate. It was a harsh environment perfect for the skin barrier to collapse. On days like this, I tend to avoid simply slathering on heavy cream. Logically, it's more important to gradually replenish moisture in each layer of skin that has already been depleted. So, I've re-evaluated my home care routine. First, I open up the moisture path with a very thin water-type essence, then I layer a low-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid ampoule three times to increase the density from the inside of the skin. Sheet masks are good, but considering the skin's absorption rate, I find this method of layering is much more effective. Finally, I lock in the moisture with a slightly acidic cream to prevent it from escaping. Since I'm in a good mood after eating something delicious, I think I need to reward my face for all the hard work today so that my makeup doesn't come off tomorrow morning. Everyone, take a good look at your skin's current condition today and start taking thorough care of it accordingly.
