I suddenly got curious because it smells like rain outside the window, how do you all pack?
I just opened the window a bit, and the distinctive earthy smell of a rainstorm wafted into the air. Smelling it somehow calms me, but also makes me wonder, with a hint of curiosity, why my skin is so dull. Yesterday, I met a neighborhood friend I haven't seen in a while, and her skin was so clear. I asked her her secret. She said she sticks to using just one sheet mask a day. But I've always been concerned that doing that every day might overnourish my skin, or that it actually causes minor breakouts. So I'm really curious about how you all manage your sheet mask routine. I'm sure it varies depending on your skin condition, but do some of you cut back to twice a week like I do, or do daily routines like hers really make a difference? I'm also curious to know if you still use a sheet mask even on humid, rainy days like today! They say every little habit contributes to your skin, so I'd appreciate it if you could share some of your tips.
