I must have been a little too rigorous with my lower body routine at the gym today. Coming down from the locker room, my legs were shaking so much I had to stand for a while on the stairs. Looking back at my skin notes from three months ago, I realized that dryness was a major concern. But since I've been consistently focusing on inner beauty, I can definitely feel my skin's texture tightening up. It's amazing how I can finally see the subtle changes I didn't notice before, as I sit quietly and stare at myself in the mirror. Although my legs are so shaky right now that I can barely get up, looking back on my skin's health has filled me with a sense of calm and sincerity like never before. I believe that beauty is achieved when the sincerity you put on your outer appearance is backed up by the honesty you cultivate within.
